Jo brings a calm presence to every maternity and newborn session, creating a space where families can slow down and connect. With a strong artistic eye and a love for capturing genuine emotion, she documents the quiet yet also fun moments of early parenthood — creating imagery that feels both beautifully refined and deeply personal.


Jot Studio is based in Wellington Point on Brisbane’s bayside, and welcomes families from the Redlands, Stradbroke Island, Cleveland, Wynnum Manly, Carindale, Mount Cotton, Victoria Point, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and surrounds.


Each session is gently guided so everything feels natural and unhurried, allowing moments to unfold with ease. Maternity sessions are usually held outdoors or at home in soft morning or afternoon light, while newborn sessions take place in the comfort of your home, focusing on connection in those early days. Packages range from shorter sessions to more comprehensive experiences, each including a curated gallery and the option for beautiful printed keepsakes. Family pets are always welcome, because these moments are about capturing your family, just as you are.
